Mentorship

Our Mentorship Days offer healthcare professionals who have completed at least a foundation course in injectables, the opportunity to observe experienced practitioners in a real-life, Care Quality Commission (CQC) registered clinical environment. This observational experience allows delegates to witness live consultations and treatments, providing invaluable insights into patient interaction, assessment, and procedural techniques. With the chance for one-on-one engagement, participants can ask questions and discuss cases in real-time, enhancing their understanding and confidence in aesthetic practice.

 

Our academy is proud to be affiliated with over 15 clinics across London and beyond, offering a diverse range of settings and patient demographics. This extensive network ensures that delegates gain a comprehensive perspective on aesthetic treatments in various clinical contexts.

 

The format of our Mentorship Days mirrors the traditional apprenticeship model found in undergraduate medical education, where students develop competencies by observing and engaging with seasoned clinicians. This approach fosters experiential learning, bridging the gap between theoretical knowledge and practical application. 

 

Mentorship Days can be purchased as standalone sessions to build confidence and refine skills or are included as an integral component of our Level 7 Diploma programme.
